Rimaal.de is the B2B wholesaler of Arabic and oriental perfumes run by Protrade Deutschland GmbH, with a showroom in Düsseldorf, Germany. We supply retailers, perfumeries and online shops in Germany and across the EU. This page lists all our wholesale terms at a glance.

How to order
- Register: create a free wholesale account with your company details.
- Approval: we check your details and approve your account. You then see wholesale prices and live stock.
- Order: put together an order of at least €500 net, with at least 6 units per scent. After confirmation you receive a proforma invoice.
- Delivery: once payment is received we ship via DHL and email you a tracking link.
Authenticity and documents
We buy all perfumes directly from the brands or their official distributors. Every item carries an EAN barcode. For resale in the EU we provide GPSR and product safety documents. Purchase invoices are available on request.

What is the minimum order at Rimaal?
The minimum order value is €500 net, with at least 6 units per scent.
Can I mix different scents and brands?
Yes. You can combine scents and brands freely in one order, as long as you order at least 6 units of each scent.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts apply to larger quantities. You see your prices in your customer account after approval.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Prepayment via proforma invoice, credit card, PayPal, Klarna and SEPA direct debit. Regular customers can pay by invoice.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock orders paid by 12:00 (CET) ship the same day via DHL. Most deliveries within the EU arrive in 1–4 working days.
Are the perfumes original?
Yes. We buy directly from the brands or their official distributors. Every item has an EAN barcode, and purchase invoices are available on request.
Can private individuals order?
No. Rimaal.de only supplies business customers with an approved wholesale account.
