Other countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA. Customs duties and import taxes may apply to deliveries outside the EU.
Dispatch and delivery
- Dispatch: in-stock orders paid by 12:00 (CET) leave our warehouse the same day via DHL.
- Delivery time: most deliveries within the EU arrive in 1–4 working days.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order here.
- Pickup: collection from our showroom at Hüttenstraße 9, 40215 Düsseldorf, is possible.
Frequently asked questions
Is shipping within Germany free?
Yes. From €390 order value we ship free within Germany by DHL Express. Because the minimum order is €500 net, this applies to every wholesale order.
How much is shipping to other EU countries?
We ship by DHL Express International. Costs depend on total weight and start at €13.99 for parcels up to 29 kg.
When do I need to pay for my order to ship today?
In-stock orders paid by 12:00 (CET) ship the same day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Prepayment via proforma invoice, credit card, PayPal, Klarna and SEPA direct debit. Regular customers can pay by invoice.
