Widerrufsbelehrung (Right of Withdrawal Notice)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or their self-employed professional activity.

1. Right of Withdrawal Notice
1.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WWW.PROTRADE.GMBH, Hüttenstr. 9, 40215 Düsseldorf, Germany, email: info@rimaal.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

1.2 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall repay to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

1.3 Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

1.4 General information
a) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, together with all accessories and all packaging components. Please use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging to adequately protect against transport damage.

b) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage forward.

c) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a precondition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
