1. Clear terms: Minimum order value, minimum quantity per scent, payment methods and shipping costs are stated openly on the website.
2. Trade customers only: The wholesaler verifies your business before activating your account.

4. EU-compliant labelling: The packaging states, among other things, the name and address of the responsible person in the EU, the batch number and the list of ingredients, as required by the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
5. An EAN on every item: Essential for your inventory management, for marketplaces and for Google Shopping.
6. Product safety documentation: You receive the information you need for your own shop under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
7. Shipping experience: Perfume counts as dangerous goods in transport. Look for breakage-proof packaging and fast delivery.

How your first order works

1. Apply for an account: Register free of charge with your company details for a wholesale account.
2. Activation: We check your details and activate your account. You then see wholesale prices and live stock levels.
3. Build your range: Choose your scents, at least 3 units per scent and €390 net in total.
4. Payment: After confirmation you receive a proforma invoice, or you pay directly using one of the payment methods offered.
5. Shipping: We dispatch by DHL once payment has been received. You get the tracking link by email.

Tips for your first order

• Start broad, not deep: Better 10 to 15 scents with 6 units each than a handful of scents in large volumes. That way you quickly see what resonates with your customers.
• Mix classics and new releases: Well-known scents such as Lattafa Khamrah, Lattafa Asad or Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man draw customers in, while new releases keep your range interesting.
• Cover the fragrance families: Plan for sweet gourmand scents, oud and woody scents, and fresh scents.

Deliveries to other EU countries

Companies with a valid VAT identification number from another EU country can generally be supplied without German VAT (intra-Community supply). Please have your VAT ID to hand when registering. It is best to clarify the details with your tax adviser.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is €390 net, with at least 3 units per scent. You are free to mix scents and brands.

How quickly do you deliver?

Orders for in-stock items paid by 12:00 are dispatched the same day via DHL. Most deliveries within the EU arrive in 1–4 working days.

Is the stock authentic?

Yes. We source every perfume directly from the brands or their official distributors. Each item carries an EAN barcode, and proof of purchase is available on request.
